Carrot Cake Pops with Cream Cheese Drizzle

Instructions
Bake cake according to package instructions, let cool, then crumble into fine pieces.
Mix with frosting or jam (use ½ cup, add more if needed) until the mixture holds together.
Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.
Melt candy melts according to package instructions.
Dip each cake ball into melted candy, decorate as desired, and let dry upright.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
Notes
Cake pops freeze well for up to 3 months. Thaw before serving.
