Ingredients
  

Classic Vanilla Cake Pops

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix (or homemade)
  • ½ cup vanilla frosting
  • 12 oz white candy melts
  • Pastel sprinkles

Lemon Blueberry Cake Pops

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1/3 cup blueberry jam
  • Lemon zest
  • 12 oz yellow candy melts
  • Freeze-dried blueberries (for topping)

Carrot Cake Pops with Cream Cheese Drizzle

  • 1 box carrot cake mix
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 12 oz white candy melts
  • Orange candy melts (for drizzle)

Instructions
 

  • Bake cake according to package instructions, let cool, then crumble into fine pieces.
  • Mix with frosting or jam (use ½ cup, add more if needed) until the mixture holds together.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Melt candy melts according to package instructions.
  • Dip each cake ball into melted candy, decorate as desired, and let dry upright.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.

Notes

Cake pops freeze well for up to 3 months. Thaw before serving.
