  • 500 g Salmon fillets skinless, cut into portions
  • 30 ml Honey
  • 15 ml Sriracha or to taste
  • 2 g Salt to taste
  • 1 ml Lemon juice or lime juice
  • 200 g Quinoa cooked
  • 100 g Mixed vegetables steamed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer according to your model’s guidelines. Arrange salmon pieces in a single layer and brush them with the glaze. Cook until the fish just flakes when tested with a fork, turning once for a more even coating.
  • If using oven, preheat it to the temperature recommended for fish. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet, brush with glaze, and bake until just cooked through.
  • For skillet method, heat skillet until hot, then sear salmon and brush on the glaze as it cooks. Let it rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Tip: You can prep components ahead of time to make weeknight dinners easier. Store assembled bowls or separate components in airtight containers in the fridge for a few days.
