  • 500 g Steak lean cut
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced
  • 300 g Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 15 ml Olive oil for roasting corn
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 lime Lime for squeezing over the top

Instructions
 

  • Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the air fryer to a high heat setting.
  • Place the steak in a single layer and cook until your desired doneness, usually a few minutes on each side. After cooking, let it rest before slicing against the grain.
  • Toss corn kernels with olive oil, salt, and optional spices. Spread out in the air fryer and roast until tender with some char.
  • Assemble the bowl by starting with greens or grains if desired. Top with sliced steak, roasted corn, avocado, and a squeeze of lime.

Notes

Tip: Keep the avocado slices separate until plating to maintain nice texture.
