  • 1 piece Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 piece Lime for juice

  • Start with clean, dry chicken and slice it into uniform strips. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 6–8 minutes per side, ensuring it’s fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 74°C).
  • Warm the tortillas briefly to make them more flexible.
  • Assemble the wraps by layering in lettuce, cucumbers, bell pepper, and onion, followed by the chicken. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
  • Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides, and cut diagonally for serving.
