  • 500 g Brussels sprouts halved
  • 30 ml Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste
  • 15 ml Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  • Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  • While they roast for about 20 minutes, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add garlic and sweet chili sauce to the skillet, mixing well until the beef is evenly coated and everything is heated through.
