  • 15 ml Olive oil for cooking
  • 5 g Salt to taste

  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
  • Sear the chicken for about 4–6 minutes per side until golden crust forms and internal temperature reaches 165°C.
  • In the last minute, brush the glaze onto the chicken to create a shiny finish.
