Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Serving platter

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 4 pcs Flatbreads thick and sturdy
  • 200 g Feta cheese crumbled
  • 150 g Greek yogurt for topping
  • 100 g Cucumbers sliced
  • 150 g Tomatoes chopped
  • 50 g Red onions thinly sliced
  • 50 g Olives sliced
  • 30 ml Olive oil for marinade
  • 1 pcs Lemon juiced, for marinade
  • 10 g Fresh herbs like parsley or dill, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs, olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken in the fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook the chicken for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
  • While chicken cooks, lightly toast or warm the flatbreads in the air fryer.
  • Once the chicken is done, assemble the flatbreads: start with a layer of chicken, then add cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, olives, and sprinkle feta on top.
  • Drizzle with yogurt and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Tip: Avoid using too many wet toppings to prevent the flatbread from becoming soggy. Serve immediately for the best texture!
