240gCream cheeseor Greek yogurt for a lighter option
120gShredded cheddar cheese
15gGarlic powder

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 175°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and any additional herbs or spices you wish to add.
Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes to help it hold shape. Then shape the mixture into balls.
Place the balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with cooking oil, and cook for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown.
Notes
Tip: To ensure your bombs turn out crispy, add a light coating of oil before cooking. If they turn out too dry, add an extra spoonful of cream cheese.
