  • 250 g Crab meat
  • 250 g Chopped shrimp
  • 240 g Cream cheese or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 120 g Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 15 g Garlic powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 15 g Fresh chopped herbs optional, such as dill or chives
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper optional for a spicy kick

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 175°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and any additional herbs or spices you wish to add.
  • Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes to help it hold shape. Then shape the mixture into balls.
  • Place the balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with cooking oil, and cook for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown.

Notes

Tip: To ensure your bombs turn out crispy, add a light coating of oil before cooking. If they turn out too dry, add an extra spoonful of cream cheese.
