This recipe has become a favorite of mine because it's simple to make and always turns out delicious. It's great for those busy weeknights or when I have friends over.

  • 900 g Chicken boneless, skinless
  • 15 ml Olive oil
  • 5 g Salt
  • 5 g Pepper
  • 10 g Garlic powder
  • 5 g Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 193 °C.
  • Pop the chicken in and cook for 25–30 minutes, flipping it halfway through for even cooking.
  • If cooking in the oven, preheat to 190 °C and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature hits 74 °C.
  • Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74 °C to ensure it's safe to eat.

Notes

Tip: Be sure to seal all seams tightly when preparing the dish so you don't end up with leaks during cooking.
