Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 193 °C.
Pop the chicken in and cook for 25–30 minutes, flipping it halfway through for even cooking.
If cooking in the oven, preheat to 190 °C and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature hits 74 °C.
Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74 °C to ensure it's safe to eat.
Notes
Tip: Be sure to seal all seams tightly when preparing the dish so you don't end up with leaks during cooking.
