Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add eggs and softened butter, then mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth; let it rest for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
In another pot, heat milk with vanilla. Whisk eggs and remaining sugar in a bowl until pale.
Gradually mix hot milk into the egg mixture, then return to the pot and cook until thickened.
Divide the risen dough into portions. Create pockets, fill with custard and chocolate chips, then seal.
Let filled dough rise for another 30 minutes, then bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Tip: Make sure to seal the pastries well to prevent leaking custard during baking.
