  • 500 g Beef (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin) cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • 100 g Bell peppers cut into pieces
  • 100 g Onions cut into pieces
  • 15 ml Olive oil for marinating
  • 10 g Salt to taste
  • 5 g Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to high heat. If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • In a bowl, combine the beef cubes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread the beef, bell peppers, and onions onto the skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Remove from grill and let the kabobs rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Tip: Avoid overcrowding the skewers to ensure an even cook and nice browning.
