  • 400 g Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs for coating
  • 50 g Cream cheese softened
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 g Green onions chopped
  • 1 g Salt to taste
  • 1 g Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into balls and roll them in breadcrumbs. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.

Notes

Tip: For an extra kick, feel free to add some hot sauce to the mixture!
