Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, queso cheese, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until everything is mixed well.
Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
Lightly spray the taquitos with cooking spray or brush with olive oil for an extra crispy finish.
Lay them in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until they turn golden brown and crispy. Don’t overcrowd the basket!
Notes
Tip: Avoid overstuffing the taquitos to prevent spills and sogginess. Stick to 2-3 tablespoons of filling for a neat taquito.
