  • 200 g Crab meat
  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 150 g Queso cheese shredded
  • 8 Small corn or flour tortillas
  • 5 g Garlic powder about 1 tsp
  • 5 g Cumin about 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 15 ml Cooking spray or olive oil for added crispiness

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
  • In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, queso cheese, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until everything is mixed well.
  • Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  • Lightly spray the taquitos with cooking spray or brush with olive oil for an extra crispy finish.
  • Lay them in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until they turn golden brown and crispy. Don’t overcrowd the basket!

Notes

Tip: Avoid overstuffing the taquitos to prevent spills and sogginess. Stick to 2-3 tablespoons of filling for a neat taquito.
