  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 125 ml Heavy cream
  • 30 g Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Pat the chicken breasts dry, then season with salt and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and set aside. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't touch. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C).
  • While the chicken cooks, prepare the garlic sauce. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Serve the crispy chicken with the rich garlic sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

Tip: For extra crunch, spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
