Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated parmesan, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overmixing.
Shape the mixture into a loaf or compact patties that fit your air fryer basket.
Lightly oil or spray the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
Cook for about 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Check with a meat thermometer.
If you prefer a crispier crust, increase the heat slightly or cook a few minutes longer after reaching the desired internal temperature.
Let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
