  • 50 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Egg
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 5 g Salt
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 15 ml Olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer according to your model's guidelines.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated parmesan, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overmixing.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf or compact patties that fit your air fryer basket.
  • Lightly oil or spray the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
  • Cook for about 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Check with a meat thermometer.
  • If you prefer a crispier crust, increase the heat slightly or cook a few minutes longer after reaching the desired internal temperature.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.

Tip: Avoid overcrowding the basket for even browning and always let the loaf rest before slicing to ensure it stays juicy.
