  • 3 large Eggs
  • 120 ml Dairy or dairy-like component
  • 100 g Butter or oil melted
  • 1 zest Lemon grated
  • 60 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to moderate temperature.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients: eggs, dairy, melted butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mix just until combined—avoid overmixing.
  • Lightly grease your loaf pan and pour in the batter, smoothing the top.
  • Place the pan into the air fryer basket and bake for about 18-25 minutes.
  • Check for doneness using a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let the bread rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

Tip: For an extra lemony flavor, consider adding lemon extract or more zest.
