  • 400 g Thinly sliced beef
  • 100 g Fresh Thai basil
  • 2 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Chili small, chopped
  • 8 piece Rice paper wrappers
  • 30 ml Fish sauce or soy sauce
  • 30 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 10 g Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  • Prepare the filling by mixing the beef, Thai basil, garlic, and chili together in a mixing bowl.
  • Take a rice paper wrapper, fill it with the beef mixture, and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
  • Place the filled rolls seam side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and the beef is cooked.
  • For the dipping sauce, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and any additional minced chili in a small bowl.
  • Serve the rolls with the dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!

Tip: Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for the best crispiness.
