Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Prepare the filling by mixing the beef, Thai basil, garlic, and chili together in a mixing bowl.
Take a rice paper wrapper, fill it with the beef mixture, and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
Place the filled rolls seam side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and the beef is cooked.
For the dipping sauce, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and any additional minced chili in a small bowl.
Serve the rolls with the dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!
