Instructions
Preheat oven to
350°F (175°C)
. Grease a
9x13-inch baking dish
with butter or non-stick spray.
In a
large skillet
, cook sausage over
medium-high heat
until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
Spread
frozen tater tots
evenly in the baking dish. Top with cooked sausage and
1½ cups cheese
. Gently toss to combine.
In a
medium bowl
, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour evenly over the tater tot mixture.
Sprinkle remaining
½ cup cheese
