  • 30 g Peppercorns crushed
  • 100 ml Stock or broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 30 g Butter for finishing

Instructions
 

  • Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper. Arrange it in the air fryer basket.
